The purpose of our strategic plan

Our strategic plan clearly sets out the vision for our future.
It describes the key priorities for investment in and focus on our clients, communities and workforce; and the investment in our continuing capabilities as a high quality disability service provider.
Our strategic plan acknowledges that we will respect and continue to build upon our legacy and our foundations. We will deliver the right supports, to the right people, by the right employees, in the right place and in the most optimal evidence-based ways.
We will invest in our people, our core capabilities and our services.

We will focus on 5 priorities

Clients and families at the centre of service design and delivery
We will meaningfully engage and partner with clients and their families. We will place them at the centre of every decision and provide care that is based on their needs and preferences.

Maximised capabilities across target markets
We will establish ourselves as a leader across diverse markets. We will select appropriate targeted markets and ensure that we have internal workforce capabilities to match market demand.

Financial and operational sustainability
We will develop contemporary models of sustainable services to deliver optimal outcomes.

Engaged employees are supported to achieve excellence
We will embed a strong culture of employee value, support and continuous development.

Collaborating with partners for purpose
We will establish partnerships as a primary strategy to ensure our ongoing success.
