Lisa Brennan graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Health Science, a Graduate Diploma in Dietetics, MBA and is an Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) graduate.
Lisa joins Senses having been the Manager of Transition and Operational Planning at two major hospital projects, and more recently, as the Executive Director Child and Adolescent Community Health at the Department of Health leading several metro-wide reforms.
Lisa’s vision for Senses is to ensure that clients, their families and carers have access to high quality services delivered by passionate and capable employees. Lisa wants to continue to promote the excellent history Senses has as being strong advocates and a centre of excellence for the deafblind community while continuing to strengthen and lead specialist services in the areas of early childhood intervention and autism. Lisa and the Executive team hope to grow Senses services particularly in the areas of Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination.

Sarah Love is a physiotherapist/manager with postgraduate degrees including a PhD. She has almost 30 years’ experience in delivering evidence based clinical care; in growing and providing quality services in clinical care and academia; in conducting and publishing relevant research; and in caring for and supporting teams who, in turn, support clients and their families. It is with a desire to contribute to the growth of quality services for people with disability and to support a team to flourish, that led Sarah to join Senses in 2021. Sarah’s vision is that an excellent service be available to all West Australian people, without or with disability, to allow them to live their most capable and best life.

A graduate of Edith Cowan University Meghan holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. Meghan joined Senses Australia in 2017 having more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and extensive business success in Organisation Development across a range of organisations and sectors.

Alan, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Tasmania, is a CPA with broad financial and management experience gained from 14 years in the hospitality sectors of both Tasmania and Western Australia followed by a 24 year career in the urban development industry of WA working as General Manager (Finance & Administration) & Company Secretary for one of WA’s leading developers in LWP Property Group.
Alan joined Senses in May 2021 in the role of CFO / Company Secretary and is responsible for Senses’ corporate and financial obligations and outcomes.
Alan has assisted the following not for profit Perth based organisations in Superfins (a swimming club for the disabled), Riding for the Disabled, Property Education Foundation and Ellenbrook Cultural Foundation.
