Join our Customer Reference Group and help shape the future of SensesWA

We value the unique experiences of our customers, parents, and carers and invite you to express your interest in joining our Customer Reference Group to share your feedback and ideas in 2025.

The Customer Reference Group helps improve the relationship between SensesWA, our customers, and the parents and carers of children who use our services. The group will provide important feedback to help us make our services better.

Members of the group will include

  • Customers, parents, and carers of children using our services
  • Other people who support customers who use our services
  • Representatives from SensesWA

The feedback gathered will help shape our services, policies, and programs to better meet the needs of our customers.

About the Customer Reference Group

Group members will be selected by SensesWA’s Chief Executive Officer based on the expression of interests. The group will meet quarterly to share feedback, ideas, and suggestions with SensesWA representatives. How to join the Customer Reference Group

If you’re interested in joining the group, please send your expression of interest by email to quality@senses.org.au. In your email, please include a short description explaining why you want to be part of the Customer Reference Group. The CEO will review all applications, consult with the Board, and notify successful applicants.
