Kaley said: “Chair yoga is a modified version of full yoga poses. They are done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who may not be able to stand or have difficulty moving easily from standing to seated positions. Seated poses are ideal for improving strength and flexibility but also decreasing stress and providing mental clarity. We hope you enjoy trying them for yourself.”
