SensesWA is preparing to open an exciting new chapter in 2026 with the launch of its new Osborne Park base – a move that represents a major step forward for sensory services in Western Australia.
As part of the relocation, SensesWA’s Morley and Burswood teams will come together at Level 4, 20 Parkland Road, Osborne Park in a modern, purpose-designed facility.
Even more significantly, the new site will see SensesWA co-located alongside Vision Australia, creating new opportunities for collaboration and connection in one shared location.
Vision Australia, through their Vision Store operations, provides direct access to a wide range of assistive technologies and daily living aids for people who are blind or have low vision across Australia, as well as expert advice and support around their product range. Their Seeing Eye Dogs program also operates in Western Australia.
While SensesWA and Vision Australia will continue to operate as separate organisations, being in the same building will make it easier for their teams to collaborate and deliver positive outcomes for the individuals they support.
For customers and families, this move is all about possibility.
It means easier access, less travel, better coordination and a more connected experience of care.
The Osborne Park site has been designed with service delivery at its heart. It will be a place for consultation, assessment, innovation and technology demonstration, all built within a space that prioritises accessibility, comfort and independence.
The new base also strengthens SensesWA’s leadership in Deafblind services.
Supporting people who are Deafblind requires tightly integrated hearing and vision expertise.
By working alongside Vision Australia’s retail operations, SensesWA is helping to position Western Australia at the forefront of specialist sensory support.
SensesWA and Vision Australia will remain independent organisations.
What they share is a commitment to better experiences for the people they support.
The new Osborne Park base is expected to open by February 2026.
